We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual who can effectively manage sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and procurement processes. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong analytical capabilities, as you will be expected to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate effectively, and ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strong “get it done” attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Work closely with Line manager to build sales pipeline and close deals.
- Work on Request for Quotes and source for best prices.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years in Operations.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
