As an IT Support Executive, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology solutions. Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related field is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Hardware knowledge.
- Previous working experience in IT Support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
